Holographic Laminate

This holographic laminate is placed over ID badges and is printed with special symbols or words embedded directly into it, leaving a barely noticeable pattern over the entire card. Holographic printers are difficult to acquire, so the likelihood of someone creating their own laminate is next to nothing.
