Meet our Team of ID Card Experts
CEO, Bob Lehr
Bob Lehr was born and bred in the Northwest. After graduating from the University of Washington and spending some time in the corporate world, he moved to a start-up company that created laser based bar code scanners. He then created a company called Diploma Technologies that produced and sold education software. Bob won a contract with Seattle Community College to create a customized ID solution and pretty soon after every college in the area wanted one too. In 2007 Diploma Technologies split into Evergreen ID Solutions. Growing up in the education arena gave Bob industry knowledge that allowed him to match professionals with the best printer and software for their specific needs. With that as his example he began gathering experiences with philanthropic organizations, police stations, hospitals, golf courses, and many more. He’s developed relationships with industry professionals all across the board and he knows what will work best for each of them. When Bob isn’t communicating with clients about ID solutions he’s running, playing soccer, skiing, or spending time with his two kids and wife. You can count on Bob to go to a Sounders game with you and to explain how a bar code scanner works (a common question), but more importantly you can count on Bob to get you the best printer and software for your personal needs!
Service & Repair, Jacob Costelloe
Jacob Costelloe has lived in six different states moving a total of 16 times in 14 years. You’re probably thinking, military family, and if you are, you’re right. Jacob attended Linfield College where he studied history. Why? Because he likes it. Jacob originally worked at TransTech Systems, a distributor of ID solutions products, where he quickly moved from customer service to purchasing to IT support. The son of a technical engineer along with having earned a minor in philosophy, problem solving and troubleshooting have always come natural to Jacob. After working there for four and a half years he met Bob and everything launched from there. Jacob brings to Evergreen the ability for on-site repairs and maintenance, distributor knowledge, as well as several manufacturer courses under his belt making him a certified technician. He can take technical jargon and turn it into English. He’s helped people on all paths of their technological journeys from 70 year-old receptionists new to printer technology to seasoned programmers. When he’s not explaining to you how to change the ribbons in your printer, he’s playing guitar, rooting for the Seahawks, hiking, cycling, playing computer games, editing his sister’s fantasy romance novels (seriously), or hanging out with his wife and cat. You can count on Jacob to give you a creative idea for a historical Halloween costume, but more importantly you can count on Jacob to know how to fix your printer!
Office Manager, Heidi O’Connor
Heidi O’Connor was born in Chicago, but don’t ask her about the Bears, her mom is from Milwaukee. Her father’s job took them to the Northwest when she was 8 years old and she never left. Having always loved logic based math, she studied accounting at Western University. She went on to work for Howard S Wright and Co. for ten years and spent the next six years working as an accountant at the Kirkland Performance Center. Today she works for various clients spanning from George Town to Everett, ranging from a glass designer and a jewelry maker to Evergreen ID Systems. Heidi has been working at Evergreen for the past four years as the Office Manager, her tasks ranging from accounting to processing orders. She keeps this well-oiled machine running! When Heidi isn’t crunching numbers she is attending her kids’ sporting events (baseball and soccer), watching PBS, hanging out by the waterfront, or taking girls trips to places like Alaska, Italy, and Hawaii. You can count on Heidi to stand with you in sideways rain at any of the Seattle sports games, but more importantly you can count on Heidi to get your orders processed!
Content Development & Marketing, Saige Kolpack
Saige Kolpack was born in Henderson, Nevada. She attended the University of Oregon and received a BA in journalism and public relations. She’s done marketing and public relations for services and products ranging from conflict resolution services to soccer fanatic sports drinks to arts magazines and now finally for ID card solutions. Saige’s strength lies in her communication and writing skills, even when awkwardly writing about herself in third person like she is right now. Her mission at Evergreen is to make sure everything is clearly communicated to you on our website ranging from letting you know who we are and why Evergreen is the best choice for your ID solution needs, to showing you how to properly clean your printer through a blog or video. When she’s not filming Jacob or writing, she’s reading, hiking, doing yoga, or more often than not, eating. You can count on Saige to go to a hot yoga class and then complain about it with you afterwards, but more importantly you can count on Saige to communicate to you clearly about all your printer and software purchasing and maintenance needs!
