Extended Warranties

Every printer sold by Evergreen ID Systems comes with a manufacturer's warranty that lasts between 1-3 years. These warranties can often be extended through an additional purchase for up to 5 years with certain models. There are two types of warranties: a depot warranty and a full-service warranty with a loaner component.

Depot Warranties allow you to send your printer off-site to either an Evergreen ID Technician or to the manufacturer for repairs, then the printer is shipped back to you.

Full-Service Warranties provide you with a loaner printer for the duration of your repair whenever your printer must be sent off-site for service. This means you do not experience any interruption in your operations.
