Evergreen ID takes pride in supporting everything we sell for the life of the product. We are available via phone and e-mail to assist with any troubleshooting, but if a resolution can’t be reached over correspondence, an EID technician can come to your location for on-site repairs. If your printer needs new parts, we’ll handle it. If the printer is jammed, we’ll handle it. If the images are coming out fuzzy, we’ll handle it. We’ve seen it all, and we have you covered. Pricing varies by location, printer model, and malfunction.
