Most new, unopened items sold can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some restrictions apply. Some customized items, including Proximity Cards, printed lanyards, and Validation Stickers cannot be returned. If any items arrive damaged, please take photos of shipping container and damaged items and call us immediately at 800-990-0777.
