In addition to extended warranty plans, Evergreen also offers maintenance plans, which include on-site visits either semi-annually or quarterly as well as on-call repair services. In the same way you change the oil in your car to ensure proper operation, there are certain things you need to do to keep your printer running properly.

An on-site maintenance visit includes:

• Cleaning the interior of the printer according to manufacturer guidelines
• Inspecting all belts and O-rings, and replacing them as required
• Lubricating gears as necessary to ensure proper printing
• Cleaning the printhead and inspecting for any damage
• Updating all necessary computers with current printer drivers
• Updating all printer modules with current firmware
• Calibrating all necessary printer sensors
• Correcting any improper printer settings
• Cleaning the external printer covers
• Evaluating the printer for any additional existing or potential issues
• Printing test cards to ensure the printer is in proper condition
• A debriefing session with you to go over all work done and any future concerns
